What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional topic, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic device data. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser when you use the consent banner.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to booking questions and to administer sessions you request. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Session administration records may be kept for seven years where required for business records.

Your rights

Under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission.

International transfers

If we use email or hosting providers that process data outside Korea, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle information in a manner consistent with Korean privacy expectations.
