Cookie policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage keys may also remember preferences such as cookie consent.
Types we use
Essential: required to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
Analytics (optional): only set if you accept. Used to understand aggregate page visits. Rejecting does not block access to training information or forms.
Cookie table
fileforesthub-cookie-consent — stores accept/reject choice — duration: 1 year — provider: File Forest Hub (localStorage)
ffh_analytics (if accepted) — anonymous visit metrics — duration: 6 months — provider: File Forest Hub / analytics partner
Managing cookies
Use the banner choices on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser to reset the preference and see the banner again. Browser settings can block cookies entirely; essential preference storage may then be unavailable.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or images loaded from public CDNs may set their own cookies according to those providers’ policies. We do not control those third parties.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting optional analytics does not limit browsing, enquiries, or educational content. Blocking all storage may cause the consent banner to reappear.
