Lab day map

A walk through the Pattern Lab Intensive blocks. It is literacy practice — not a signal service. Use this page to decide whether the full day fits your pace before you enquire.

Why a fixed sequence

Most hesitation comes from mixing questions: Is the pattern finished? Did the break hold? Where does invalidation sit? Separating those questions slows the eye and improves journal notes.

Bring this map to Foundations or the Intensive. Ask for feedback on one block at a time rather than on an entire trade idea.
